WHAT IS THE iKase RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
At iKase, we pride ourselves on our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return any item(s) purchased from iKase.com.au within the first fifteen (15) days from the day after the date of delivery. You can submit a return request by submitting an order return. We will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or give you a full refund (minus any shipping charges).
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? RETURN GUIDELINES:
We are happy to assist you with a return. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from iKase, please submit an order return request
no later than 15 days after your delivery date.
- The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and be in the same new condition as when it was sold to you, including all packaging along with an invoice(you can find in your order confirmation email).
We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to iKase.
- Your return request is valid for 30 days
- We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers to track as this will help us determine the timeframe of your return.
- We will gladly issue a replacement for your defective item. Depending on the issue, and to verify the claim, you may be asked to return the item to iKase (at our expense), or we might ask you for evidence of the defect through a photograph to expedite the warranty claim process.
- • Please allow 3-5 business days for your claim to be processed. Once your claim is approved, your warranty replacement will be shipped.

- Exchange orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days once the returned item is received
- If you are exchanging an item and prefer not to wait for the item to be processed by iKase, please place a new order for the replacement item and we can process the original order being returned for a refund.
- If you would like to exchange the item, you will need to attach with a self addressed satchel with $7.00 postage in the return parcel.
- iKase does not cover international return shipping costs or the shipping fees on replacement orders for international exchanges.
- If the order is incorrect, please do not open up the plastic sheet that wraps around the case. Contact us to return for exchange.
- All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card.
- Please note, Missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged Products will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- We'll refund the price you paid for your item(s), excluding the shipping expense incurred, back to your original payment method after we have received the items in good condition.
- All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
- [Change of mind] - Customers will incur a handling fees of $7.00 and return postage cost if they were to change their mind after receiving the product.
- [Incomplete Address] - Customers that input an invalid or incomplete delivery address WILL NOT entitled a refund or resend unless the item has shown delivered back to us on the courier tracking page.
- [Bought the wrong model] - Customers will incur a handling fees of $7.00 and return postage cost if they bought the wrong model case for their laptop.

Please note down your order number on the return for us to better locate your item. If you are exchanging, please include a return paid satchel with postage of $7.00 so we can use it to send the item back to you.
*For those who have already used or unpackaged their items, such as MacBook Case, the individual(s) is/are required to pay a handling fee of $7.00 upon exchange/return/refund.
